SUBIACO continued East Perth's miserable start to the 2017 WAFL season recording a dominant 91-point victory in the Good Friday contest at Leederville Oval. The Leederville Oval co-tenants have turned it into a tradition to do battle on Good Friday and once again it was Subiaco proving too strong. Round 5 – Peel Thunder v West Perth Match Report

Saturday, April 15, 2017 - 11:43 AM - by Chris Pike
WEST Perth couldn’t have responded to a 103-point loss in better fashion rebounding on Good Friday to beat Peel Thunder by 35 points at Bendigo Bank Stadium. Both Peel and West Perth came into the contest on the back of two-game losing runs, but it was the Falcons with redemption on their minds especially following a 103-point loss to South Fremantle the previous Saturday. Round 5 Preview - East Fremantle v Swan Districts

Friday, April 14, 2017 - 12:57 PM - by Chris Pike
THE form of East Fremantle and Swan Districts to open 2017 couldn’t be more contrasting and the black-and-whites have some added incentive with a big milestone, but the Sharks will be coming out hungry. East Fremantle is winless and Swan Districts undefeated so far in 2017 coming into the clash at East Fremantle Oval in the standalone Saturday clash in the WAFL over the Easter Weekend. While that leaves Swans as the warm favourites to head to East Fremantle Oval and beat the Sharks, it's certainly still early enough in the season for East Fremantle to turn things around.
