Hunter, Benny and Zachary were three of the lucky 22 Auskickers from across the country who made the trip to Melbourne for an unforgettable three-day AFL Grand Final experience last year.

The three WA nominees were selected as the 2015 Auskickers of the Year for best demonstrating the spirit of the game - dedication, enthusiasm, teamwork and passion.

The three boys got the opportunity to walk the parade, play on the hallowed turf of the MCG on Grand Final day and present a Hawthorn player with their premiership medal.

Hear from our very own Auskickers of the Year and how they've come to love footy!

Footy is by far my favourite sport and it is awesome fun. I like getting out to the park with my family or mates and we would kick around all day if we could. I was lucky enough to be one of the 2015 NAB Auskicker of the Year Nominees and that was the best thing that could ever happen to me. I learnt lots of new skills and met lots of my AFL heroes, and played at half time in the Grand Final!!! My family were so proud.
