Goals to Cory Dell'Olio, Josh Pullman and Haiden Schloithe before quarter-time saw the Bulldogs take a surprise 13-point lead into the first change and they maintained their level throughout the second term.
Subiaco kicked three goals, but South Fremantle answered each with Jacob Dragovich bouncing through a beauty from the boundary, and Pullman marking strongly and kicking truly to have three to half-time with the Bulldogs still up by 12.

Meanwhile at Lathlain Park in the battle of two teams on significant losing steaks, Perth's Brennan Stack and East Fremantle's Brock O'Brien were the stars up forward for their teams in the opening quarter kicking two goals apiece with scores all tied up at the first change.
Despite two more goals for East Fremantle through O'Brien, Perth got on top during the second term with majors to Jared Bell, Michael Sinclair and Liam McKenna to head into half-time with a five-point advantage.
Despite a fifth goal for O'Brien, Perth maintained an eight-point lead at the final change as tensions boiled over between two frustrated playing groups.
East Fremantle quickly snatched the lead to start the final term with goals to Liam Anthony and Rory O'Brien, but the Demons responded with the next two from Stack and Sinclair, and then Stack's fourth sealed the win for the home team to get their second victory of 2015, and first since Round 5.
