Female Football Finals ApproachThursday, August 1, 2013 - 3:50 PM

2013 has seen the establishment of the WAFC Youth Girls Competition with every district in the Metro area represented.

This has been a positive step for female football with a full pathway now in place for females from NAB AFL Auskick all the way through to Senior Women’s in the WAWFL.

This weekend the WAWFL has a bye but hosts its annual Presentation night. However, the WAFC Youth Girls will still be putting on the boots, so head down this Sunday to Dianella Open Space, Light Street Dianella from 12pm to see the future stars of our game!

 2013 Finals Series:

 4^th August – WAFC Youth Girls Semi Finals @ Dianella Open Space

1^st Semi (3v4) - 12pm Perth Angels v Swan Districts on Oval 2

2^nd Semi (1v2) - 12pm Peel Thunderbirds v South Fremantle on Oval 1

11^th August - WAWFL Semi Finals @ Dianella Open Space
