The last round action in the WAFLW competition got underway on Saturday at Revo Fitness Stadium with Claremont gearing up for the finals defeating West Perth 10.9 (69) to 0.0 (0).
Then at Fremantle Community Bank Oval, East Fremantle completed their perfect season with a 10.7 (67) to 2.3 (15) derby victory against South Fremantle.
And finally, all went on the line in terms of who made finals with Peel Thunder winning a tight battle over Subiaco 2.9 (21) to 2.4 (16) at Leederville Oval.

Each week of the WAFLW season during 2022, we selected a Team of the Week and here's how the side for Round 17 came together.
Claremont scored a big win over West Perth to gear up for the finals with Mhicca Carter producing her best performance of the season to be named at half-forward in the Team of the Week for her 20 touches, seven tackles and a goal.
Tayla Thorogood was also impressive in attack for Claremont kicking three goals from eight kicks, seven tackles and four marks to earn a spot in the Team of the Week for the first time in the 2022 season.
Jasmin Stewart continued her good form for the Tigers to be named on the ball in the Team of the Week and earn selection for a fourth time on the back of 23 touches, five marks, four tackles, three inside 50s and two goals.
Matilda Dyke delivered a strong defensive performance as well for Claremont to finish the afternoon with seven possessions and earn a spot in the Team of the Week for a fifth occasion.
While West Perth might have found the going tough this season on entry into the WAFLW, Cameron Dawson has been a highlight in the ruck and she finished off strongly on Saturday with 25 hit outs and three tackles against Claremont.
East Fremantle made it 14 wins from 14 matches for the season with Saturday's win over South Fremantle with Alex Williams once again tremendous down back. As a result she was named to the Team of the Week for a ninth time having finished with nine touches and five marks.
Larissa Versaci has had a brilliant season for East Fremantle and that continued in the derby win where she produced 19 touches, nine tackles, seven inside 50s and six marks to be named to the Team of the Week for a seventh occasion.
With Julia Teakle not there to lead the East Fremantle forward-line, Melissa Caulfield was mighty impressive in stepping up to end the afternoon kicking five goals from 11 kicks, three tackles and two marks.
South Fremantle might have not quite been able to beat East Fremantle for the first time in the WAFLW competition, but the Bulldogs had some standout performers and none more so than Bryany Parker. She was named at centre half-back in the Team of the Week after finishing with 19 touches, five tackles and three marks.
Kiara Templeman was named to the wing to earn a spot in the Team of the Week for a fourth time this season after finishing with 12 possessions, three tackles and three inside 50s for South Fremantle.
Poppy Stockwell is one of the more exciting young talents in the WAFLW competition and she was named to the Team of the Week for a third time on the back of 16 touches, four marks, three inside 50s, two tackles and a goal for the Bulldogs.
Peel Thunder geared up for the finals with a narrow win over Subiaco and Ebony Dowson wrapped up her brilliant season by being named in the Team of the Week for an 11th time. She earned her spot at half-back with another 20-possession performance.
Jaide Britton also earned a spot in the Team of the Week for a fifth time this season and was named to the wing after delivering 23 touches, five marks, four tackles and two inside-50 entries.
It was a ninth selection in the Team of the Week for Chloe Wrigley who was named on the ball for Round 17 after delivering 24 disposals, nine tackles, seven marks and three inside 50s in the win for the Thunder.
Ella Roberts might not have added to her goal tally for the 2022 season but still produced a strong showing for the Thunder to earn a Team of the Week spot for the fifth time with 14 touches, five inside 50s, six marks and three tackles.
Madison Dodd did all she could to try and lift Subiaco to a win that would have booked in a finals spot to be named in the back-line having finished with 20 disposals, five tackles, three marks and two inside-50 entries.
Tiah Toth continued her brilliant run of form to close the WAFLW season named to the Team of the Week for a fourth time in the last five weeks. She delivered 27 possessions, 11 marks and eight tackles for Subiaco.
Tarnica Golisano was another Subiaco player to complete a tremendous season earning a spot in the centre and selection in the Team of the Week for a ninth time having ended up with 24 touches, four tackles, three marks and three inside 50s against Peel.
Subiaco might have narrowly missed reaching the finals but Hanna Dethlefsen was another to play well on Saturday to earn selection at centre half-forward. She finished with 17 possessions, six marks, four tackles and a goal.
Madizen Wilkins also earned a spot in the Team of the Week for a third time on the back of her 21 touches, eight marks and seven tackles for the Lions.
