In round 2 of the Simply Energy WAFL Colts competition, there were a host of great individual and team performances alike.
This round saw Subiaco (8.11.59) account for East Fremantle (6.8.44); Swan Districts (18.12.120) thump Perth (2.6.18), East Perth (13.11.89) beat Peel Thunder (7.2.44); and Claremont (8.8.56) defeat South Fremantle (6.12.48).
West Perth were the team who had the bye this weekend.

EAST FREMANTLE (6.8.44) vs SUBIACO (8.11.59)
Subiaco returned to the winners’ list, after accounting for East Fremantle by 15 points at New Choice Homes Park.
Jed Kemp, a relative of West Coast great Dean Kemp, led the way for the Lions with 27 possessions, 11 tackles and a goal.
Neil Erasmus (29 possessions, 9 marks, 5 inside 50s), Ezekiel Bolton (21 possessions, 3 marks, 3 inside 50s) and Matthew Johnson (17 possessions, 4 tackles, 4 inside 50s, 1 goal) were prominent for Subiaco.
Connor Holdaway (2 goals), Jake South (2 goals), Robert Hansen (1 goal), and Bill Corderoy (1 goal) all hit the scoreboard.
For East Fremantle, draft hopefuls Joshua Browne (32 possessions) and Jack Williams (17 possessions, 9 marks, 9 hit-outs, 2 goals) led the charge.
Cameron Sharp (24 possessions, 1 goal), Kobe McMillan (20 possessions, 23 hit-outs), Taj Woewodin (19 possessions) and Corey Warner (18 possessions) fought admirably.
Samuel Otto, Jake Urqhart, and Jack Norrish each kicked one goal for the Sharks.
PERTH (2.6.18) vs SWAN DISTRICTS (18.12.120)
Swan Districts won its second consecutive game, after thumping Perth by 102 points at Mineral Resources Park.
WA U19s Talented Players Program member Max Chipper was arguably best afield for the Swans with 32 possessions, 5 marks, 3 inside 50s, 2 tackles and a goal.
He was well-aided by Noah Hannan (27 possessions, 6 marks, 4 tackles, 4 inside 50s), Ty Sears (24 possessions, 6 marks, 6 inside 50s), Bailey Jenkin (20 possessions, 7 inside 50s, 5 tackles, 4 marks), Brayden Jones (20 possessions, 2 goals) and Darcy Jones (20 possessions, 7 inside 50s).
Kobe Farmer (16 possessions, 3 goals), Luke Taylor (16 possessions, 3 goals), Tyrell Metcalf (18 possessions, 3 goals), Rhett Bazzo (12 possessions, 2 goals), Cristiano Paduano (14 possessions, 2 goals), Elijah Hewett (19 possessions, 1 goal), and Benjamin Hewett (19 possessions, 1 goal) were destructive in the forward half for the Swans.
For Perth, Menno Inverarity (28 possessions, 7 marks, 5 tackles), Mack Hall (27 possessions, 11 marks), Jack Avery (26 possessions, 7 marks, 5 tackles), Deklyn Grocott (23 possessions, 6 inside 50s) and James Ettia (21 possessions) competed strongly.
EAST PERTH (13.11.89) vs PEEL THUNDER (7.2.44)
East Perth continued its stunning start to the season with a 45 point win over Peel Thunder at Gloucester Oval in Margaret River.
For East Perth, Kade Dittmar, James Tunstill, Ethan Regan, Jedd Busslinger and Tomas Druzianich were named in the best.
Cooper Osborne, Charlie Bourke, Jackson McLellan, and Ethan Donaghy were named Peel’s best players.
CLAREMONT (8.8.56) vs SOUTH FREMANTLE (6.12.48)
Claremont atoned for its narrow loss in round one, after defeating South Fremantle by eight points at Revo Fitness Stadium in round two.
Angus Sheldrick was named Claremont’s best, after finishing with 25 possessions, 7 marks, 5 inside 50s, 4 tackles and 4 clearances.
Talon Delacy (26 possessions, 6 tackles, 1 goal), Max Mumme (23 possessions, 5 tackles, 1 goal), Hugh Davies (17 possessions), Patrick Kitchener (16 possessions, 1 goal) and Edward Allan (16 possessions) were dynamic for the Tigers.
Up forward, Luke Brown (3 goals) and Peter Coles (15 possessions, 2 goals) imposed themselves throughout the game.
For South Fremantle, Ira Jetta starred with 19 possessions, 7 tackles, 5 marks, 4 inside 50s and 2 goals.
He was well-aided by Jesse Motlop (21 possessions, 7 inside 50s, 4 tackles), Lochlan Bloomer (19 possessions, 5 inside 50s), Julian Hulten (19 possessions, 3 goals) and Mitchell Sinnott (19 possessions, 5 tackles, 3 inside 50s).
