East Perth v Perth: Leederville Oval: 2.15pm 

East Perth have a massive day happening this Saturday for our Round 12 fixtures against Perth.
 
It is shaping up to be a terrific game of football with the resurgent Royals taking on the finals bound Demons in what looms to be a season defining clash.
 
Get down early and enjoy all the fun and excitement of our Junior Parade Day. All clubs from our Metro Zone will be showcased in our Annual Parade. The Royals Kid Zone will be in full swing featuring the Ultimate Obstacle Course, Handball Hut and Inflatable Footy Dart Board. 
 
There will be plenty of giveaways including footy’s after the match, posts and East Perth placards. Get you photo with the Hyundai Mopsters and the special Iron Man Kona featuring a special guest….
 
The Club will also be celebrating 100 years since its first Premiership in 1919 by wearing a one-off heritage design uniform and launching a commemorative book ‘1919 The Royal Domination Begins’ during the Round 12  clash against Perth on the 29th of June.
 
The 1919 design features a lighter blue and a thinner black ‘V’ in place of the traditional black yoke that became a feature of our uniform in the 1950’s. As in the official 1919 photograph the players will wear white shorts and predominantly blue socks with black tops.
 
The book, researched and compiled by club historian Pete Carter, reflects on each match of the 1919 season as well as featuring player profiles, issues that affected the club during the season, controversies and details of the end of season excursions.
 
East Perth is also taking the opportunity to work with Beyond Blue to assist in raising awareness for mental health. The jumper features the Beyond Blue logo. The match worn jumpers will be sold after the match with proceeds being donated to Beyond Blue.
 
As always you can enjoy a kick on the Oval between games and during the quarter time breaks, listen to the quarter time and ¾ time addresses from Coach Jeremy Barnard, come in the change rooms after the match and join us for after match presentations in the Members Area.

Around the Grounds: It’s on again! Last year’s Grand Finalists West Perth and Subiaco do battle at HBF Joondalup Arena, this Saturday 29th. Bounce down 2.15.

Our upstairs bar facility is open to the public and members receive a 10% discount on beverages.
