Six incidents and a melee were reviewed by the WAFL Match Review Panel following Round 6 League games.

Albert Dean, Swan Districts, accepted a one (1) match sanction with an early guilty plea for striking Brandon Donaldson, South Fremantle, during the third quarter of the League match between South Fremantle and Swan Districts on Saturday 5th May at Fremantle Community Bank Oval.

Based on the available video evidence and a victim impact report from the South Fremantle Football Club, the incident was assessed as intentional conduct, low impact and high contact. Under the table of penalties the offence was classified as a two (2) match sanction. An early guilty plea enabled the player to reduce the penalty to a one (1) match sanction.
 
Brandon Donaldson, South Fremantle, accepted a reprimand for striking Albert Dean, Swan Districts, during the third quarter of the League match between South Fremantle and Swan Districts on Saturday 5th May at Fremantle Community Bank Oval.

Based on the available video evidence and a victim impact report from the Swan Districts Football Club, the incident was assessed as intentional conduct, low impact and body contact. Under the table of penalties the offence was classified as a one (1) match sanction. An early guilty plea enabled the player to reduce the penalty to a reprimand.
 
Jayden Schofield, East Fremantle, accepted a two (2) match sanction with an early guilty plea for striking Asher Semelko, East Perth, during the third quarter of the League match between East Fremantle and East Perth on Sunday 6th May at East Fremantle Oval.

Based on the available video evidence and a victim impact report from the East Perth Football Club, the incident was assessed as intentional conduct, low impact and high contact. Under the table of penalties the offence was classified as a two (2) match sanction. The player has an applicable bad record which impacts the penalty, increasing it by one match to a three (3) match sanction. An early guilty plea enabled the player to reduce the penalty to a two (2) match sanction.
 
Will Schofield, East Perth, accepted a reprimand for striking Jordan Snadden, East Fremantle, during the fourth quarter of the League match between East Fremantle and East Perth on Sunday 6th May at East Fremantle Oval.

Based on the available video evidence and a victim impact report from the East Fremantle Football Club, the incident was assessed as intentional conduct, low impact and body contact. Under the table of penalties the offence was classified as a one (1) match sanction. An early guilty plea enabled the player to reduce the penalty to a reprimand.

Asher Semelko and Sharrod Wellingham from East Perth both had their rough conduct reports dismissed.
 
The following players accepted $50 financial sanctions for engaging in a melee during the third quarter of the League match between East Fremantle and East Perth on Sunday 6th May at East Fremantle Oval.
 
Dion Anthony, James Bristow, George Hampson, James Harrold, Cameron Loersch, Dylan Winton and Jesse Wynne from East Fremantle FC and Brendon AhChee, Oscar Allen, Julian Ameduri, Tarir Bayok, Tom Gorter, Callum Hart, Shanye Hille, William Maginnes, Fraser McInnes, Kurt Mutimer and Joshua Rotham from East Perth FC .
