The West Australian Football Commission is partnering with Beyond West to present a sneak preview of the new Aussie Rules Series 'Nyoongar Footy Magic - A Team of Champions' as part of the last ever open day at Subiaco Oval.

The football event will be held on the hallowed turf of the historic venue on Sunday December 10 from 4pm to 7pm for fans and their families who want to experience WA's home of Football in all its beauty for the final time. 

A selection of cuts of the Footy Magic TV series will be up on the big scoreboard screen, and people can take part in a medal ceremony for all the stars who appear in the series. 

There will be heritage tours, food trucks, kick-to-kick and heaps more for the whole family to enjoy! It is a gold coin donation on entry at Gate 8 and $5 parking will be available on Kitchener Park*

Nyoongar Footy Magic is a series of documentary stories profiling the lives and culture of 24 of the greatest Nyoongar footballers to ever play the game - from Polly Farmer and Barry Cable in the 60's to today's Lance Buddy Franklin, Bradley and Stephen Hill and many other favourite stars in between.

Nyoongar Footy Magic will screen on NITV, AFL Footy Channels and stadium apps around the country in 2018.
