Subiaco and South Fremantle will clash under lights at Medibank Stadium, Leederville, this Thursday night in a first for the WAFL competition.
The top-of-the-table clash at 7.10pm will be the first ever televised night game at a WAFL venue.
WAFL General Manager Steve Hargrave said he encouraged everyone to be part of history and attend what promises to be a highly entertaining contest.
"This is going to be a great contest between the top two teams on the ladder so we hope there is a lot of support.
"There will be special offers from Subiaco Football Club starting from 5.30pm and food trucks attending to make it a ‘Footy and Food Fiesta’.
“The WAFC would like to thank the City of Vincent for working with the Commission and Medibank Stadium’s host clubs to upgrade the lighting which will allow for this and future WAFL fixtures to be telecast at night time in the vibrant hub of Leederville,” he said.
The game will be on 7mate and SportFM 91.3fm from 7pm on Thursday, July 21.
