TERMS & CONDITIONS:  Carlton Draught Front Bar Promotion

1. This document contains the Terms and Conditions under which the West Australian Football Commission (ABN 51 167 923 136) (Promoter) will offer rewards under its “Carlton Draught Front Bar” Promotion (Promotion).
2. The Promotion commences at 1:00 pm (WST) on Saturday 11 June 2016 and concludes at 5pm (WST) Saturday 11 June 2016 (Promotion Period).
3. The Promotion is open to any person or persons who are 18+ and who complete the following steps:
   1. PURCHASES a Carlton and United Breweries beverage at the WAFL State Game bar
   2. COMPLETES a raffle ticket 
   3. Complies with these Terms and Conditions.
       
4. All Participants enter subject to, and will need to adhere to, these Terms and Conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future Terms and Conditions or alterations to these Terms and Conditions as set out by the Promoter.

Prize

5. Under this Promotion, commencing 1pm (WST) 11 June 2016, two winners will be announced and contacted by 3pm (WST) Tuesday 14 June 2016 and will receive the following prize:
   1. An invitation for the winner and one friend to attend the Carlton Draught Front Bar at Domain Stadium on either Saturday June 18 Fremantle Dockers v Port Adelaide match or West Coast Eagles v North Melbourne game on Sunday July 10.
       
6. If a winning Participant of the prizes does not respond to the Promoters notification within 24 hrs of the Promoter notifying them that they were a winner, the winning Participant will no longer be entitled to the prize and the prize will be re-awarded to the next Participant drawn.
12. The prizes are not transferable for cash or interchangeable for another prize.
13. If any of the prizes are unavailable, the Promoter has the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or similar value.
14. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of the Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the supplier/service provider of the Prize.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice.
16. By participating in this Promotion, Participants acknowledge that they may be required to sign the Terms and Conditions of the prize issuer in order to redeem the prize. Participants agree to comply with those Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to any expiry date, and release and indemnify the Promoter for any liability in relation to the prize or the issuer.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should injury or accident occur as a result of the Promotion. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Participant releases the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) from any loss or damage incurred by the Participant arising from the Promotion and the use of the prize, including but not limited to:

1. personal injury and property damage;
2. any tax liability incurred by the Participant;
3. if the prize is a gift voucher, the failure by the issuer to honour the gift voucher; or
4. the Terms and Conditions under which a prize is issued.

18. By entering the Promotion, the entrants hereby give the Promoter consent to use their name, likeness or image (including photograph or recording) (should they be the Winner or Replacement Winner) for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition. A photo may be taken of the Winners (or Replacement Winners).
19. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
20. The Promoter cannot be held liable if the winner or guest fails to bring the correct ticket to the venue, and are refused entry.
