2018 WAFC Life Members inductedTuesday, December 11, 2018 - 9:19 AM

Four new West Australian Football Commission Life Members were inducted at an official function on Monday, December 10 in recognition of their distinguished service to WA Football.  

Induction to the WAFC Life Members’ Association is regarded as the WAFC’s highest level of recognition, distinct from life membership awarded by individual football clubs and associated bodies, and is awarded to individuals who have made an outstanding overall contribution to football in Western Australia.

The 2018 inductees included Ron Alexander, Malcolm Atwell, John Dimmer, Haydn Raitt and Milton Sanders.

 

 

 

RON ALEXANDER

Football Career

1971-75 East Perth FC, played 98 games, Captain in 1975, 49 goals

1976-81 Fitzroy FC, played 133 games, Captain 1979-80, 30 goals

1982-85 East Fremantle FC, played 77 games, Captain and Coach, 96 goals
